It's 2026. It's Spring. It's time to get spicy. Mortgage rates are bouncing in the 6s. Inventory is up over last year. Last month, pendings doubled over last year and homes sold were up nearly 50%. Average days on market (DOM) is 44 days (buyers are taking more time). Values are still increasing!
